Embattled Nigerian singer, Azeez Fashola a.k.a Naira Marley is already in court with his mother following the adjournment of his card fraud trial to today October 23.
LIB reported earlier that the adjournment followed a petition by Naira Marley's counsel, Olalekan Ojo who pleaded with the court to allow the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) provide statements of its prosecution witnesses to the defendant.
The 'Am I A Yahoo Boy' crooner is facing an 11-count charge bordering on conspiracy, possession of counterfeit cards and fraud.
